Olga Shpuntenko is an engineer by education and a People & AI executive by experience, and the founder of Employee Rocks, an independent project on AI adoption, organisational design and engineering culture.
Long
An engineer by education and a People & AI executive by experience, Olga has spent more than 20 years working with technology organisations. Her interests sit at the intersection of AI adoption, organisational design, engineering culture, and the systems that shape how people work. Through Employee Rocks she explores these changes in writing, practical experiments, and conversations with people building what’s next. She is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and works internationally.
